The salary for this role is £25,457 - £28,527 for full time hours depending on location. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

About the role
Find out from Becky in the video at the bottom of this page what a typical day as No7 Advisor looks like — from engaging with customers to providing personalised beauty consultations. Be part of helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Build great relationships with customers and colleagues
* Provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, make up and beauty products
* Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our No7 offers and in-store promotions
* Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
* Share knowledge and tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environment
* Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of No7 skincare and beauty products

Information about the role
We are recruiting No7 Advisor for Stamford, High Street store. We are looking for candidates to join from April and who can be flexible to meet customers’ needs. Basic hours are 19.5 per week, with days Sunday to Saturday. Exact shift patterns are provided by the store.
