The Role
As a Peripatetic Service Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire service teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred support. Enable individuals to maximise their independence and achieve their full potential. Ensure services run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Manage budgets responsibly, balancing financial performance with outstanding care. Drive quality assurance, ensuring compliance with legal, clinical, statutory, and organisational requirements. Promote staff wellbeing by providing tools, training, and opportunities for professional growth. Oversee accurate reporting and service performance to maintain best practice across the organisation. About You
To thrive in this role, you will:
Have substantial experience working with people with learning disabilities and/or complex needs. Hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (support is available to achieve Level 4/5). Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Be flexible, confident, and efficient
