As a Telesales Advisor with our Vehicle Inspections Team, you will receive inbound calls from customers looking to have a vehicle inspection; they may be looking to purchase a car and want to have inspection on the vehicle before fully committing. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge to match the right product to the customer’s needs, selling the benefits of the product, converting the enquiry into a sale.
Base salary of £25,369.80 for 40 hours per week.
This is a full-time role. Fully Flexible across Monday - Saturday on a rotating shift basis: Mon - Fri: 08:00-16:00 / 09:00-17:00 / 10:00-18:00
Sat & Sat 09:00-17:30, Rotating with rest days You must be able to commit to two weeks full-time training (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00)

What you’ll do…
 10. Identify and convert Vehicle Inspection sales opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
 11. Maximise opportunities to exceed sales targets through varying contact strategies e.g. outbound calling to previous enquirers or following up web-based enquiries
 12. Provide a consistently high level of service to all customers in order to meet their needs
 13. Work as part of a team, sharing knowledge, experience and best practice to support colleagues and ensure we deliver consistency in service
 14. Commit to and achieve all departmental performance related targets (sales and service)
 15. Manage customer objections by positioning benefits of product to save the sale
 16. Keep up to date with product knowledge, essential learning and FCA compliance
 17. Have a continuous improvement outlook and be proactive in sharing ideas to contribute to growth of department
