An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Strategic Financial Planning Team for a dynamic individual to provide advice and support across a variety of stakeholders. In this challenging environment, the role provides the freedom to develop and improve current processes, within Trust policies, to assist in the delivery of both short, medium and long term financial plans including cost improvement reporting. The post holder will be an integral part of the Planning structure and will support and be accountable to the Trust Head of Strategic Financial Planning in the provision of an effective and efficient Planning and Cost Improvement reporting function across the Trust, which ensures the delivery of high quality patient centred services within the resources available. They will work with the Trust Head of Strategic Financial Planning and colleagues in other directorates as appropriate to ensure plans are modelled correctly.
Strategy
Our new strategy, developed with the support and feedback of colleagues, patients, and partners, is our compass for the next seven years (2023-2030). We have four primary goals:
* high-quality care for all
* being a great place to work
* partnerships for impact
* research and education excellence
And we will embed health equality in all we do - taking active steps to reduce the avoidable differences in healthcare that some people face, working in partnership with communities. Our strategy is underpinned by new values and we will work to ensure they are an everyday reality for all:
* we are compassionate
* we are proud
* we are inclusive
* we are one team
