We're looking for a highly skilled Data Migration Lead to manage the end-to-end migration of large-scale datasets (1000TB+) from legacy platforms into a modern Azure-based cloud environment using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. This is a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-wide transformation, supporting real-time analytics, AI/ML, and telemetry data integration. Experience in utilities, SCADA, or IoT environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement full data migration strategies, including ETL pipelines, validation, and quality frameworks.
- Migrate data from legacy systems (SCADA, SAP PM, Oracle ODS) into Azure Databricks for real-time and IoT use cases.
- Collaborate with cloud, data, and governance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into technical plans and deliver migration outcomes aligned to strategic goals.
- Lead training, onboarding, and workshops for internal teams across new platforms and MDM tools.
- Ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance throughout migration activities.
- Monitor and resolve data quality issues to ensure reliability, accuracy, and completeness.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure project success.
