The Retail Assistant has the opportunity to make a real difference supporting the shop manager in the success of our retail business by maximising & analysing sales figures to make profit in line with company policy.
To deputise for the Shop Manager & Assistant shop manager on a Sunday with additional overtime opportunities to deputise in their absence. To contribute to planning, creative thinking and developing relationships with customers and other community contacts—always looking for opportunities to attract new supporters every day and to increase the profile of Shaw Trust.
You will also require flexibility to complete additional shifts during the week as required.
Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire
