Your Role as a Thrivent Financial Advisor
In this dynamic position, you will:

* Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent’s insurance, investment, banking, and generosity programs.
* Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships based on trust and understanding within your chosen community.
* Leverage your network and Thrivent’s reputation to make client appointments, deliver award-winning financial workshops, and market your practice.

Successful Thrivent financial advisors come from diverse backgrounds, including outside sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military, and more. The skills you’ve acquired in these fields can transition seamlessly into the financial advisor role.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
* Attainment of FINRA SIE, life, and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
* Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
