Warehouse Team Leader (Audio / Sound Engineer)

Are you an Audio or Sound Engineer from either a Live Event or Studio background? Are you looking for a permanent role in a team leadership or management position within a world‑class audio rental company that is known for its progression into Senior Management, the opportunity to assist in global events, tours and festivals, and working with a range of state‑of‑the‑art equipment?
This market‑leading audio rental company provides audio systems for live events, including globally recognised artist tours, sporting events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and a range of festivals in the summer such as Glastonbury. It has experienced steady growth since its establishment 45 years ago and has recently been acquired by a global audio company, increasing its market share and growing substantially to over 150 people.
In this varied role you will report into the Head of Department, overseeing the flow of equipment both inbound and outbound, managing a small team to agreed SLAs, handling equipment logistics and damage reporting, supervising the build/derigging of equipment, and ensuring departmental distribution and sufficient space and manpower. This is a 35 hour week, working 5 days out of 7.
This role would suit an Audio or Sound Engineer with a background in Live Events or Studio work, looking for a full‑time leadership position in a market‑leader that operates across the globe. It is known for excellent progression pathways, specialist industry training and the quality of equipment it provides.
