This role involves undertaking fee-earning work, contributing to the department’s profitability, and meeting key performance targets. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of property litigation matters for both commercial and private clients while building and developing their own caseload. Conduct matters on behalf of clients across a wide range of property litigation issues
Participate in marketing and networking activities, whether firm-wide, departmental, or office-based
Maintain financial control, particularly around cash flow, by managing the collection of monies on account and billing procedures
