About the Role: In this welcoming primary school, you'll teach a mixed-age class where relationships matter and every child is known and valued. You'll work closely with families and colleagues to ensure each pupil reaches their full potential in a supportive, family-like atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, cross-curricular lessons that capture children's imagination
Provide high-quality teaching across the full range of primary subjects
Build strong pastoral relationships and support pupils' personal development
Work collaboratively in this small school environment where everyone pulls together
Engage with the local community and use the coastal location to enhance learning
Take on additional responsibilities that come with working in a smaller school setting
Job Requirements:
Qualified teacher with experience across the primary age range
Flexibility and adaptability for working with mixed-age groups
Strong pastoral skills and commitment to knowing every child well
Collaborative approach and willingness to take on whole-school responsibilities
Enthusiasm for making the most of the school's unique character and location
Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
