T2M Resourcing are working on behalf a successful global market leader who have an opportunity for a Commercial Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact, partner closely with key decision-makers, and help shape the financial direction of the organisation.
* Salary circa £50,000, plus Bonus & Benefits Package
* Hybrid: 1 -2 days per week in the office
As Commercial Accountant you will be reporting to the Head of FP&A & Business Partnering and responsible for:
* Supporting the FP&A and wider Finance team in driving profitable growth
* Developing and managing an effective rolling forecast process
* Leading the annual budget and strategic planning cycles
* Preparing insightful reporting, analysis and commentary to clearly explain performance
* Creating and presenting financial models to support business decisions
* Supporting the development of Power BI dashboards and automation of reporting
* Conducting ad-hoc analysis and scenario modelling
To be successful as Commercial Accountant you will have the following skills and experience:
* Part Qualified, Finalist or Newly Qualified, ACCA, CIMA, ACA
* Has experience in FP&A or a similar commercial finance role
* Ideally has experience in FMCG, retail or manufacturing
* Can lead and model forecasting and budgeting processes confidently
* Is comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior stakeholders
* Has strong analytical skills and is confident in Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
* Is organised, collaborative, and calm under pressure
