We’re now looking for a Data & Reporting Lead to join our Progress Lifeline team on a permanent basis. About the role As a Data & Reporting Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and developing Progress Lifeline’s reporting and analytics function. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the service to provide accurate analysis and insight that supports informed decision-making. You’ll be responsible for improving reporting capabilities across operational and business functions, ensuring data integrity and producing clear, meaningful insights that support service improvements and compliance requirements. Day to day, you’ll analyse complex datasets, create and manage reporting processes, and work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions. The role also involves contributing to wider data strategy, supporting customer insight activity, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency. This is an agile role, with a base at our Leyland office and flexibility to work from home depending on the needs of the service. What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential Experience working in a data-focused role Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data Advanced Excel knowledge Experience of data extraction, manipulation, and visualisation Ability to present data clearly and support decision-making Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or data platforms Experience working within a regulated or service-led environment Experience developing reporting processes or data strategies Why Progress?
