We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused SERVICE ADVISOR to join a busy independent garage in Falmouth. This is a key front‑of‑house role within a small, team‑orientated business, where everyone works together to achieve the goals of the business.
The Role
* Acting as the main point of contact for customers
* Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
* Explaining work required and providing estimates
* Liaising closely with technicians and updating customers
* Handling invoicing, payments, and general administration
* Being flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
About You
* Motor industry experience is required
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
* Comfortable using computers and garage management systems
* Flexible attitude with a team‑player mindset
* Full UK driving licence preferred
