Litigation Associate – Manchester A well-established specialist commercial law firm is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with proven asset based lending experience to join its growing technical litigation team. The firm advises banks, lenders and financial institutions on a wide range of complex matters across asset finance and asset based lending, acting throughout the full credit lifecycle. The team is known for handling technically challenging and defended cases, including enforcement of security, guarantee claims, disputed recoveries and associated litigation.
