Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and process sales orders via phone, email, and in person.
* Manage a sales ledger, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Offer expert advice on timber and building materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
* Proactively reach out to new and existing customers during quieter periods to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
* A strong understanding of timber and building materials is essential, along with a solid knowledge of the construction supplies industry.
* Proven experience in internal sales or customer service roles is preferred.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* A proactive, self‑motivated attitude with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
