We are currently seeking a dedicated
Finning Engineer
to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position with openings in: Leeds Cannock Cardiff Glasgow Your Responsibilities
As a Finning Engineer, you will: Respond to customer field repair and service requests, providing detailed diagnostics and solutions. Estimate arrival times based on job instructions and customer needs. Communicate effectively with site management to ensure adherence to customer procedures. Diagnose equipment problems using specialized tools and collaborate with customer operators. Identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs, ensuring timely service delivery. Perform repair and service work on a variety of Caterpillar engines and generators. What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have: A valid LDV driving license. Formal training (NVQ Level 3 preferred) and significant experience as a service engineer. Experience with gas and diesel engines, including generators (both LV and HV). Knowledge of field-based diagnostic tools and equipment. Experience with assembly and disassembly of diesel engines and components. Why Choose Finning?
