Overview
BMS Service Engineer - City of London
We are looking BMS Engineers with strong experience with HVAC systems, BMS and controls automation.
Responsibilities
* Commissioning of small systems
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Creating and managing point-to-point lists
* Working closely with Service Managers
* Calibrating sensors and valve actuators
* Liaising with clients and site managers
* Working on multiple small to medium-sized projects
Systems & Protocols
* Systems: Tridium, Trend, Centraline, Distech
* Protocols: Modbus, BACnet, Lon
Requirements
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BMS strategy
* Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning
* Good knowledge in Tridium, Trend and Centraline products
* Knowledge of controls automation equipment, e.g. variable frequency drives
* Basic understanding of relevant industry standards is desirable

* £50 to £60 000 per year
