Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SAP MDG Lead Consultant
to drive the design, development, and implementation of
SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
solutions. This role requires deep expertise in MDG modules and integration technologies, along with strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions.
* Configure and customize MDG modules (BP, MM, OG) to meet business requirements.
* Define and manage data models, workflows, and validation rules.
* Implement integrations between SAP MDG and SAP/non-SAP systems (ERP, BI) using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and Web Services.
* Document architecture, configuration, and integration specifications.
* Assess risks, propose mitigation strategies, and manage impacts.
* Manage and support
data migration projects
using relevant tools and concepts.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Must-Have Skills
* Strong experience with
SAP MDG modules
(BP, MM, OG).
* Proficiency in
SAP Basis, SAP on Cloud (Azure), S/4 HANA, SAP HANA DB, Windows & Linux
.
* In-depth knowledge of
data governance and master data management principles
.
* 10+ years of relevant SAP experience.
* Hands-on experience integrating SAP MDG with ERP/BI systems.
* Strong documentation, solution design, and technical architecture skills.
Preferred Skills
* SAP
MDG Architect

* Strong leadership with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
