As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team and play a key role in maintaining the firm’s robust compliance framework and ensuring continued adherence to FCA regulations. The Role As Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of the firm’s compliance monitoring, risk management, and regulatory reporting activities. You’ll provide expert guidance to senior management and advisers, ensuring the firm operates in full alignment with regulatory expectations and best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee the firm’s compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Conduct regular compliance monitoring reviews and thematic audits. Provide advice and guidance to management, advisers, and support staff on all regulatory matters. Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the FCA and other bodies as required. Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across the business. Keep up to date with FCA rules and guidance, communicating relevant changes and implementing necessary updates. Deliver internal training to promote a strong culture of compliance and conduct. Liaise with external compliance consultants, auditors, and regulators where necessary. Support senior management with governance oversight and board reporting. About You Proven experience working in a compliance role within a regulated financial services environment (wealth management, financial planning, or investments). Strong working knowledge of FCA regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to interpret and communicate complex regulatory information clearly. Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Relevant qualifications (e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning, ICA, or similar compliance certification) preferred.
