As a Commis Chef, you'll work alongside our experienced kitchen brigade, supporting the preparation and service of high-quality dishes across our multiple dining venues. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment, while learning from senior chefs who are passionate about quality and creativity.
You'll gain experience in all areas of the kitchen, from mise en place and plating to supporting larger events and working with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Support daily kitchen operations across multiple sections, including cold, hot, and preparation areas.
Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our restaurants, room service, and private events.
Ensure ingredients are prepped, stored, and rotated correctly in line with kitchen standards.
Follow food hygiene and health & safety regulations with consistency and care.
Accurately record food and fridge temperatures in compliance with standards.
Support the creation and testing of new seasonal dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Promote a positive team spirit and contribute to a respectful, efficient kitchen culture.
Previous experience in a professional kitchen or catering role.
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen best practices.
Willingness to learn and grow across all kitchen sections.
Interest in modern food trends, plating, and presentation.
Full-time : 45 hours per week
~5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings
