The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a programme of maintenance works across Sheffield. You’ll be the on-site lead for day-to-day operations, coordinating trades, ensuring works are delivered safely, and signing offpleted jobs to a high standard.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with multiple trades, and takes real pride in delivering quality workmanship on every project.Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily site activities across multiple maintenance projects
2. Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors
3. Carry out quality checks and sign offpleted works
4. Ensure all work meets health & safety standards
5. Report progress, issues, andpletions to the project team
6. Maintain strong working relationships with clients and operatives
Requirements
7. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on maintenance or small‑works projects,
8. Experience in fire-stopping works would be beneficial.
9. Strong understanding of building trades and quality standards
10. Confident managing multiple jobs and teams
11. Up‑to‑date knowledge of H&S regulations
12. Full UK driving licence and own transport
