The Role As an Education Consultant, you will drive new and cross-sell revenue within your pipeline and territory by engaging key decision-makers and understanding their needs. You will generate leads, build strong relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets Requirements Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators by promoting TNC (The National College), CM (Compliance Management), and PD (People Development) Conduct high-volume outreach, including daily calls and prospecting via LinkedIn and other tools, to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, products, and competitor landscape Manage sales opportunities effectively while adhering to established sales processes Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed targets Deliver engaging platform demonstrations to showcase product features Provide accurate revenue forecasts and maintain visibility of opportunities Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) Use social media and attend events to support marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads Collaborate with internal teams to achieve wider business objectives Execute sales strategies to maximise cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio
