Community Care Assistant
Location: Oswestry, Much Wenlock, Dorrington, and Pontesbury
Pay: £12.21 per hour, £12.44 per hour for weekends
Employment: Full-time and Part-time hours - Permanent
Affinity Home Care is a specialist provider of personalised homecare support to adults over 18 in their own homes across Shrewsbury and the Shropshire area. We offer a range of care and support services for vulnerable adults.

About the role:

The role involves a variety of duties, including:
* Personal Care: Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences.
* Medication Administration: Ensuring clients take prescribed medications correctly.
* Housekeeping: Performing light cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
* Emotional Support and Companionship: Engaging in meaningful activities and conversations.
* Transportation: Assisting clients to attend appointments and social activities.
* Health Monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in health or behaviour.
* Documentation: Keeping accurate records of care provided.
* Advocacy: Supporting clients' rights and dignity.
About you:
