Responsibilities
* Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods using knowledge of product design, materials, and components.
* Develop assembly procedures for new products and reevaluate existing ones to achieve improvements.
* Support the production department in managing changes for the purpose of improvement.
* Ensure availability of required documentation for pre-series and special production.
* Prepare production documentation for new projects, prototypes, and assembly.
* Improve existing operations, including introduction of new methods and procedures.
* Identify ways to reduce production costs and resolve technical issues in manufacturing.
* Collaborate with technical and other departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects and their improvements.
* Participate in the procurement and design of handling and manufacturing equipment.
* Actively participate (together with the Lean Supervisor) in lean projects focused on eliminating waste.
* Carry out all other activities related to the agreed type of work as directed by the direct supervisor.
* Follow procedures, rules, and principles of the integrated management system.
* Work in accordance with the principles of lean manufacturing and 5S.
* Work in compliance with the rules of international trade (ITC).
* Contribute to development and adherence to standards, focusing on key areas such as customer, company culture, and continuous improvement system.
* Submit improvement proposals within the continuous improvement system in line with company goals.
* Respect environmental protection principles.
Qualifications
* Required Education: University degree in electrical or electronic engineering
* Required Experience: 1 year of experience in the field of electrical engineering
* Language Skills: English – fluent in both spoken and written communication
* Basic Skills: CAD, proficiency in technical drawing, innovative thinking
* Professional Skills:
o Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
o Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly those related to Lean Manufacturing
o Ability to read and create electrical documentation
