A long:established asbestos consultancy based in Maidstone is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a consistently busy and expanding workload. The Role
*
Carrying out asbestos surveys, primarily within domestic properties
*
Undertaking analytical duties where required
*
Producing clear, accurate, and compliant survey and analytical reports
*
Managing workload effectively while maintaining high technical standards
*
Ensuring all work complies with HSG264, HSE guidance, and internal procedures
*
Communicating professionally with clients and internal colleagues
About You
*
BOHS P402 (essential)
*
BOHS P403 and P404 (desirable)
*
Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor or Surveyor / Analyst
*
Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
*
Professional, organised approach to work
*
Full UK driving licence
