The Role
You will provide high-quality 1–1 support to individuals living with:
* Physical disabilities
* Mental health conditions
* Complex care needs
Your duties will include promoting independence, wellbeing, and a positive quality of life—supporting service users to live confidently and comfortably in their own homes. You must be comfortable around dogs.
What We're Looking For
To join our team, you will need:
Essential
* Minimum 12 months paid care or support experience within the last 3 years
* The right to live and work in the UK
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
Beneficial (Training Provided)
* Experience with PEG feeding, Diabetes care, and Qufora
