B&B Hotels Inverness is looking for dedicated professionals to join our friendly and well regarded Front of House team as a Casual Guest Service Agent - Nights.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with a busy and passionate staff, across all the front of house aspect of the business. You will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.
You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in customer service.
Key responsibilities
* The Guest Service Agent is responsible for dealing with customers efficiently and professionally on a daily basis.
* To work with due care and attention and comply with safety, hygiene, statutory and legal requirements, outlined in the staff handbook and company policies and procedures documentation.
* To work harmoniously with colleagues from all departments in order to maintain a professional image.
* Deliver service and brand standard consistently at the highest level.
* Ensure all tasks are carried out in a structured and methodical way, ensure all forms and operating procedures are followed.
* Work to achieve performance and output targets, ensure cost control and waste management processed are maintained at all time.
* Work with Colleagues to raise quality awareness, maintain standards by being actively involved and seek to improve personal knowledge and skills.
* Help and support new colleagues joining the team.
* Ensure hygiene and safe working practices are followed, maintenance and complied with.
* Prepare and deliver the brand's limited food offering with consistency, quality and pace.
* Maintain compliances with food safety, hygiene and allergen standards while keeping service areas clean and organised.

Hours - 40 Hours, over 5 days a week.
