Sales Team Manager
(LEGO - Working for Powerforce)
Full Time, Permanent role
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: Guilford, Woking, Kingston, Croydon, Tunbridge Wells, Norwich & surrounds
You will be working for Powerforce to fulfil the role of Regional Sales Team Manager on our LEGO UK Team
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing, training and developing a team of 10 LEGO Brand Ambassadors
2. Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver excellence in call
3. Leading the regional team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement and driving Return on Investment for LEGO
4. Suggesting and developing new ways of working to drive the account forward and strive to be the best in the industry
5. Developing team operating standards – use insight from the field and collected data to drive best practice ways of working and continuous improvement.
6. Embedding and championing LEGO’s and Powerforce’s values across the team and ensure they are lived every day.
7. Establishing a dynamic team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity
8. Ensuring company standard operating systems are embedded across all team members.
9. Performance management and identifying and addressing any performance or conduct issues
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
10. Strong people management experience – ideally within the Retail or Toy sector
11. Proven experience developing and leading a successful team
12. A real focus on increasing and developing sales performance
13. A hands on approach to growing performance and best practice in the field
14. The ability to bring new ideas which challenge current thinking to better the account and field delivery
15. Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions
16. An enthusiastic, can-do positive approach to all things and possess an ability to see the opportunity in all challenges
17. A driven attitude with ambition to succeed and develop within the role
18. Held a full UK (or European) manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
