2. Join a high-performing team offering tailored training, career development and progression
3. Hybrid working – 80% home-based, 20% from our York office
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Underwriter to join our High Net Worth Underwriting Team in York. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and mentoring colleagues, sharing your technical expertise, and supporting their development. This is an opportunity to work in a specialist area where quality underwriting, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach are valued and rewarded.
We offer a comprehensive induction and a tailored training plan, enabling you to enhance your market knowledge, develop your skills, and progress your career in high net worth underwriting.
Our hybrid working model offers the flexibility to work from home up to 80% of the time once fully trained, with no weekend work and a 35-hour week.
