Bid Manager – FM Electrical & Mechanical Installations (Remote, UK-wide)

💼 The Role

As Bid Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s growth strategy. You’ll lead the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring compelling, compliant, and commercially sound proposals. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while still being deeply connected to a collaborative and ambitious team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage bids for FM electrical and mechanical installation projects across the UK
* Develop winning strategies and coordinate input from technical, commercial, and operational teams
* Write, edit, and refine bid content to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with client needs
* Build and mentor a growing bid team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
* Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless bid delivery
* Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
