Responsibilities
* Lead high standards of teaching and learning across the phase.
* Monitor pupil progress and attainment to ensure strong outcomes.
* Promote high standards of behaviour, and classroom expectations.
* Support colleagues with planning and effective teaching strategies.
* Monitor teaching and provide constructive feedback to improve practice.
* Model excellent teaching and high expectations at all times.
* Lead phase/team meetings and support staff development.
* Ensure consistency in assessment and presentation across the phase.
* Track attainment data and coordinate intervention strategies.
* Support transition arrangements where appropriate.
* Foster positive relationships and engagement with parents and carers.
* Line manage and support teachers within the phase.
* Promote Quality First Teaching to raise standards for all pupils.
