Overview
We’ve an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Account Co-ordinator to join our Partnerships team based at our Head Office in Alfreton. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and after three months, a 9-day work pattern can be requested.
The Partnerships Account Co-ordinators play a vital role in the day to day management of allocated referral schemes, including liaison with our Consultants and Field based teams who are delivering an exceptional service to members. Through the accurate and timely processing and collation of all data back to the commissioners, our partners are able to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Slimming World plan for those members on referral.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, including Consultants, field teams, and partner organisations.
* excellent IT skills (particularly with Microsoft platforms) and experience in analysing and interpreting data, creating accurate reports, and presenting information clearly.
* keen eye for detail, positive can-do attitude, and genuine understanding of Slimming World’s mission to help members succeed.
