Sales Director – Building Materials | UK | Hybrid | £120,000 package We are partnering with a fast-growing, highly regarded building materials business to appoint a Sales Director with full sales responsibility and leadership of a team of around 18. You will drive strategy, performance, and ROI, implementing strong processes, KPIs, and structure while leading a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales team. The role involves hybrid working: 1–2 days in the office, the rest in the field with the team and customers.
