Hygiene Service ManagerLocation: North LincolnshireSector: Food Manufacturing / FMCGType: Site-Based Role / Mon-Fri / 8-5pmSalary: £40,000I’m recruiting for a Hygiene Service Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business at a key UK site.This role is ideal for someone with experience in food manufacturing hygiene who enjoys managing external service providers, driving standards through influence, and playing a central role in audit readiness and food safety compliance.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing site hygiene services, with a strong focus on third-party contractors including hygiene service providers, pest control, laundry, waste management, and hygiene consumables.You will:Act as the main point of contact for external hygiene providersMonitor service delivery against KPIs and site standardsSupport hygiene governance, audits, and documentationOversee environmental monitoring and ATP swabbing programmesManage hygiene chemicals, consumables, and associated budgetsWork cross-functionally with Technical, QA, Engineering, Procurement, and OperationsAbout YouExperience in food manufacturing or FMCGStrong understanding of hygiene management systemsConfident managing and challenging external contractorsComfortable influencing stakeholders without direct line managementOrganised, data-driven, and audit-focusedDoes this sound like it could be your next role?
