Service Advisor Required for Prestige Independent Service Centre
1. Location: Croydon, Surrey
2. Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota
3. Salary: Up to £29,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonuses
Our client, a well-established family-run prestige independent service centre in Croydon, Surrey, is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their friendly and customer focused aftersales team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team in a business known for its high standards and customer satisfaction with the possibility of progression as our client is expanding over the next 12 months!

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
7. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
8. Coordinate vehicle services, repairs, and MOTs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
9. Maintain clear communication between customers and the workshop team.
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
10. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
11. Strong communication and customer service skills.
12. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
