Our client is the UK’s fast-growing brand house. They own and licence a portfolio of brands that includes Bench, NICCE, HYPE, Ed Hardy, etc and distribute apparel to major online platforms and high-street retailers. They strive to be a global player in the Streetwear/Sportswear and Lifestyle market.
Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of ecommerce metrics (AOV, UPT, CVR) experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and ideally worked for an online fashion brand.
THE ROLE
As an E-commerce Trading Executive, you’ll help power their online growth, supporting daily operations, crafting campaigns, boosting conversions and owning the on site journey. If you love fashion, data and bringing digital ideas to life, this role puts you at the heart of our ecommerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Ecommerce Manager with day-to-day tasks and reporting
Focus on converting customers through multiple channels
Help to curate exciting and relevant ecommerce campaigns
Assist and eventually own the Ecommerce trading calendar
Drive performance through engaging and effective email marketing
Own on-site customer journey, from product uploads to visual merchandising
Experience:
1-3 years’ experience in an ecommerce role for a fashion brand
A solid understanding of ecommerce metrics (AOV, UPT, CVR)
Strong commercial awareness
An analytical mindset
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Excel
A genuine passion for fashion and emerging trends
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar
Knowledge or interest in digital marketing channels
A proactive attitude with the confidence to dive in, problem-solve, and take on new challenges
