Position 1
Experienced Night Team Leader
3 nights one week / 2 nights the other week (rolling rota)
Shifts are 19.00pm-07.00pm
Position 2
Experienced Day Team Leader
2 day one week / 2 day the other week (rolling rota)
Shifts are 19.00pm-07.00pm
Below are some of the criteria needed to commence the role
* Work collaboratively with the Care Manager, and other Team Leader
* Administer medication and have a good knowledge of medication management
* Applicant will be part of the emergency out of hours on call system
* Run and organise the shift
* Liaise with GP's, DN's and other outside professionals
* Committed to training and development of themselves
· Successful applicants will be qualified to at least NVQ level 2/3 or working towards, and will have demonstrated the ability to lead a team of Carers to provide the best possible care and support to our much-loved residents
· Caring, flexible and hardworking individuals who enjoy being part of a team.
· Individual electronic care plans and will have experience of this.
· Here's some other important things you need to know:
· You will undertake formal supervisions of junior staff and must have experience of this
· You must be alert at all times to our residents' physical and mental well being
· You'll need to understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements that are relevant such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and all aspects of the care Standards Act
