Position: Cleaning Service Support Manager
Location: Oxford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Working patterns: Flexible to the Client's needs
Here at Mitie we are looking for a Cleaning Service Support Manager to build relationships and rapport with contract clients at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Main duties:
* Complete audit inspections for the site,
* Review performance of delivery against the Service Level Agreement and Cleaning Specification,
* Manage and implement employee wages, rota's, performance meetings and schedules,
* Deliver adequate Health & Safety compliance, following the clients statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate potential risks,
* Liaising with Stakeholders and Clients with clear communication,
* Managing budget control, ordering materials for the Hospital and booking training sessions for the team,
What we are looking for:
* Background in Cleaning / Healthcare settings
* Experience in managing and ensuring excellent service delivery to various client contracts
* Excellent management skills including strong organisation and time management abilities
* A driven, motivated and problem solving manner
* Great customer service skills to liaise with clients effectively
* Previous management experience in managing soft services/cleaning within a Hospital or Healthcare environment of facilities management
* Excellent customer service with good communication skills and a good understanding of written and verbal English
* IT literacy in Microsoft packages but especially Microsoft Office
* A Health and Safety IOSH qualification is also desirable
