Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:
Make outbound calls to business customers across the UK
Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads
Book appointments for the external sales team
Understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions
Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline through the CRM
Work towards and exceed daily and weekly activity and performance targets

Who we’re looking for:
Telesales or appointment setting experience is preferred, however as a minimum you will have transferable skills and a bubbly and outgoing personality
Confident, professional telephone manner and great communication skills
Motivated, target-driven and eager to learn
Resilient, enthusiastic, and results-focused
Comfortable using IT systems and CRMs
