The Role Job Title: Support Worker Hours: 24.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 3:00pm, Friday, 10:00am to 2:30pm Do you want to work for an award-winning Charity? We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Rugby providing intensive support to people facing homelessness and complex trauma. As a Support Worker you will provide a comprehensive package of holistic and practical support to ensure that people continue to develop independent living skills needed to maintain a tenancy long term. Working closely with your team and partner agencies, you will work with a trauma informed approach to create a ‘wrap around’ package of support, that is person centered. You will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to work and think creatively, recognising an individual’s own needs, and be ready to sometimes deal with challenging situations.
