We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Data Marketing and Analytics Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to support student marketing and recruitment through marketing systems management, systems development, training, and frontline troubleshooting. You will be responsible for:
* Managing and developing key marketing systems that support student marketing and recruitment activity.
* Providing frontline support and troubleshooting for system users, alongside training and guidance for colleagues.
* Working with technical colleagues to improve workflows, task automation, and system functionality.
* Contributing data, insight, and analysis to support recruitment strategy, policy, and decision‑making.
* Monitoring and continuously improving processes and systems to enhance service delivery and the student experience.

Essential Criteria
* Significant experience of using and managing digital marketing systems such as CRM platforms, email marketing tools, marketing automation systems, and online forms.
* Demonstrable experience of systems and process development, working with technical colleagues to improve services for end users.
* Experience of delivering technical training or guidance on marketing systems to a range of users.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to different audiences.
* High level of digital literacy, with demonstrable ability to use systems relevant to the role.
Desirable Criteria
* Knowledge and understanding of current issues in higher education, particularly student recruitment, conversion, and admissions.
* Ability to interrogate and improve system implementations to enhance functionality and service delivery.
