A luxury brand is looking for a polished Receptionist and Front desk co-ordinator to be based in their newly renovated office and studio space in West London. They need a Front of House person experienced in the high end luxury sector. The Receptionist needs to have excellent hospitality skills to meet and greet guests and VIPs while maintaining their confidentiality. Reporting to the Office Manager who you will assist on many additional administrative tasks such as managing suppliers, making taxi and travel bookings, assisting the studio staff with studio orders, model bookings, courier requests. This will suit a Receptionist who is used to working in a creative fast paced environment, ideally another luxury brand, who is polished and presentable and on top of their game.
