* *Experience in managing Resturants and bar. Prefer Western Outlets.
* * Responsible for day to day operations.
* * Set and follow service standards, able to do training for new colleagues.
* * Leading role in setting and improving customer dining experience.
* * Bar and beverage experience is an asset.
* * Hands on manager and able to work in a fast pace enviroment
* * Control and maange operations revenue and budget
* * Hygiene and safety managemnet control.
* * Interacts well with kitchen team, suppliers and vendors.
