About The Role - Vehicle Technician
* £3000 new recruit Joining Bonus!!!
* The main role of this position is maintaining our fleet of vehicles at Ravenhill to the highest standard, carrying out fault diagnosis, vehicle safety inspections, breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
* The successful applicant will be trained how to use the depot forklift.
* To fully comply with all HS&E legislation along with Group Policies
* To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
* Maintain and develop technical skills as required
* Well provide your overalls and all the tools and equipment needed.
Location: Swansea, SA1 3AR
Hourly Rate: £18.21 + £3,000 Joining Bonus! Rest day overtime rate of £24.64
Working Hours: 39 hours per week - 06:00-14:30 then 14:00-22:30 - Mon-Fri then Tues-Sat
About you
* A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2)
* Ability to multi-skill within an Engineering Environment
* A flexible approach to working hours
* An aptitude to develop others within the Engineering Team
* The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors
* A PCV licence is desirable, ability to obtain PCV licence is essential
