Continental Shifts – 2 days, 2 nights (12-hour shifts)

We’re working with a well-known manufacturing company in Flint who are after multiple Production Operatives to join their team on a permanent basis.
They’re looking for reliable, motivated people – ideally with some machine operating experience.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be a key part of the production crew, working flexibly across different lines.
Tasks include:
* Operating machinery, packing, palletising, loading lids and refilling materials (reel operation)
* Making sure materials are available and ready in line with production schedules
* Carrying out checks to ensure everything meets safety, quality, and spec standards
* Cleaning and inspecting machines and work areas, fixing or flagging any issues
Pay & Benefits:
* Pay: £12.88 per hour (rising to £13.42 after training)
* Shifts: 12-hour days and nights
* Pension: 5% employee + 5% employer (rising to 7% in year 4 and 9% in year 5)
* Holidays: 23 days (rising with service) – plus 6-day breaks as part of shift pattern
