About the Role:
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in their learning and development
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
* Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and a safe, inclusive learning environment
About you:
* Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, or voluntary settings considered)
* Reliability and enthusiasm for helping pupils succeed
