This is a key role where you will take ownership of scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with field managers, you’ll play a vital part in driving productivity and ensuring service excellence across the UK and Ireland. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to ensure SLAs are met. Support seamless operations by resolving scheduling challenges and prioritising workloads. Help drive KPI achievement across the service function.Key Competencies Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a planning or coordination role, ideally in a service or maintenance environment. Proven ability to work to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
