Job Details
Working as part of our Retail team in Perth for 20 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store’s success. You’ll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high‑value purchases.
Responsibilities
* Making our customers feel at home through exceptional service. Listen to customer needs and guide them, asking questions at the right time to find the perfect fit.
* Being on hand throughout the store visit—from greeting at the door to understanding customer sleep preferences.
* Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress.
* Helping to keep the store looking its best, including housekeeping and updating displays.
Qualifications / What we’re looking for
* People-first: Engaging and positive personality with the ability to bond with customers.
* Communicator: Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Motivated: Determination to work towards KPIs and sales targets (previous sales experience not required).
* Team player: Contributes to an enjoyable, inclusive store environment.
* Willing to learn: Curious and eager to learn to become a Bed Expert.
* Flexible: Able to commit to 20 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays; opportunity to earn more commission on busy days.
