We are looking to recruit a number of Exam Invigilators to assist and supervise students during examinations throughout the academic year. You will need to work professionally as a member of a team to ensure that regulations are followed in a supportive environment for our students.
Applicants are required to have a calm and authoritative manner. You must be punctual, reliable, well-organised, with good communication skills and a flexible attitude to work.
You will be jointly responsible for assisting the Examinations Officer with:
1. Ensuring exam rooms are set up according to requirements
2. Administration and supervision of examinations, observing candidates at all times and dealing with any incidents or irregularities
3. Collection of completed examination scripts and materials
Previous experience is not essential as relevant training will be provided.
