Part of NICVA, we provide outsourced HR, recruitment, and consultancy services to VCS organisations and small businesses across Northern Ireland. Were recruiting an HR Consultant to help lead that work. Youll deliver high-quality, people-centred HR consultancy; supporting clients with recruitment, policies, employee relations, and more. Youll also help organisations get the best from our CommunityNI jobs platform, providing clear, practical support when they need it. This role is for someone who combines HR expertise with strong communication skills and a clear focus on impact. Youll be confident working directly with clients, writing proposals, giving sound advice, and seeing projects through. You'll also play a key part in shaping our offer as we grow.
